1. How do I book a court?
You can book your preferred court directly through our online portal. Select your time slot, confirm payment, and you’ll receive instant booking confirmation along with smart access code for entry.
2. Can I cancel or change my booking?
Yes. We offer a 24-hour free cancellation policy.
• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your session will be automatically refunded to your original payment method.
• Cancellations made within 6– 24 hours will be refunded as account credit for future use.
• Cancellations made within 6 hours are non-refundable.
Please note: Depending on your bank or card provider, refunds may take 3 business days to appear in your account.
3. How do I enter the facility?
Our club is fully self-service. After booking, you’ll receive a unique smart access code linked to your reservation. This code will be valid from 10 minutes before your booking start time until 10 minutes after it ends. Simply enter the code on the keypad to access the facility during your reserved time slot.
4. Are the courts available 24/7?
Yes, ACETENNIS is a 24/7 self-service indoor tennis club. You can book and train at any time — day or night, including weekends and holidays.
5. Can I share my package or access code with others?
No. For security and fairness, each package and access code is strictly for personal use only. Sharing codes or packages may result in suspension of membership.
6. What equipment do I need to bring?
Please bring your own racket and proper indoor tennis shoes. Our ball machines are provided on each court for your training.
7. What if I encounter a problem with access or equipment?
If you have trouble entering or notice any equipment issue, please contact our support team at (416) 576-0608 or through our official WeChat account. We’ll assist you as soon as possible.
8. What if I stay longer than my reserved time?
Each booking is valid only for the reserved time slot and court. If you continue to use the court beyond your scheduled end time, your session may automatically extend, and the additional time will be charged at the standard hourly rate.
9. What if I arrive early for my booking?
Your access code will only work 10 minutes before your scheduled start time. Please wait until your access time begins before entering the facility.
10. Can I switch to another court if it’s empty?
Each booking is valid for the specific court you reserved. Even if another court appears open, please stay on your assigned court unless you’ve also booked that one. This ensures fair access for all members. Unauthorized court use may result in an additional hourly charge.
11. What should I do after my session ends?
Please finish on time, collect all tennis balls, turn off the ball machine, and leave the court clean and ready for the next player. Thank you for helping us keep the facility organized and enjoyable for everyone!
