Terms & Waiver 

By booking or using ACETENNIS | 24/7 Indoor Tennis, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk
   I understand that playing tennis and using ball machines involve risks, including being struck by tennis balls, slips, falls, strains, and other injuries. I voluntarily accept these risks. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release ACETENNIS, its owners, staff, and affiliates from claims arising from my participation or use of the facility, except for liability that cannot legally be excluded.

2. Facility and Guest Responsibility
   I agree to follow all posted rules and use the facility and equipment responsibly. I am responsible for the conduct of every person entering under my booking, account, or access code. I will not share my access code with unauthorized persons. Misuse of the facility may result in suspension or termination of access.

3. Booking and Unauthorized Use
   My booking is valid only for the reserved court and time. If I enter early, stay beyond my booking, or use another court without a valid reservation, I authorize ACETENNIS to charge my payment method on file for the additional time at the applicable hourly rate.

4. Damage, Loss and Removal of Property
   All rackets, balls, ball machines, remotes, furniture, and other equipment provided by ACETENNIS remain the property of ACETENNIS and may not be removed without written permission. I am responsible for damage, loss, or unauthorized removal of ACETENNIS property caused by me or anyone entering under my booking, except for normal wear and tear. After written notice, I authorize ACETENNIS to charge my payment method on file for the reasonable and documented repair or replacement cost, plus applicable taxes, if the property is damaged or not returned within 48 hours.

5. Unmanned Facility and Emergencies
   I acknowledge that ACETENNIS is an unmanned, 24/7 self-service facility. In case of emergency, I must call 911 or seek appropriate medical assistance.

6. Video Surveillance
   I understand that video surveillance is used in designated areas for safety, security, access control, rule enforcement, and investigation of property loss or damage. Cameras are not located in washrooms or other private areas. Recordings may be reviewed, retained, or disclosed where reasonably necessary and permitted by law.

7. Personal Property
   I understand that ACETENNIS is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal property brought into the facility.

8. Health and Minors
   I confirm that I am able to participate safely and will stop using the facility if I feel unwell or injured. Participants under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. A parent or guardian accepting this agreement on behalf of a minor accepts responsibility for supervising the minor.

9. Governing Law
   This agreement is governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada.
