Terms & Waiver 

By reserving and using the facilities at ACETENNIS | 24/7 Indoor Tennis, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk
   I understand that playing tennis and using ball machines involve inherent risks, including but not limited to being struck by tennis balls, slips and falls, muscle strain, or other injuries. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with the use of the facility and equipment, whether supervised or unsupervised.

2. Release of Liability
   I release and discharge ACETENNIS, its owners, staff, and affiliates from any liability, claims, or demands arising from injury, illness, property damage, or other incidents related to my participation.

3. Facility Rules
   I agree to use the ball machines and facilities responsibly, following all posted rules and instructions. Misuse of equipment may result in suspension of access.

4. Overtime and Unauthorized Use Policy
   I acknowledge that my court booking is valid only for the reserved time slot and for the specific court booked.
   If I begin playing before my scheduled start time, continue playing beyond my scheduled end time, or use any additional court without a valid booking, I authorize ACETENNIS to automatically charge my payment method on file for the corresponding usage at the standard hourly rate.
   I understand that continued or unauthorized use of the facility without payment may result in account suspension or additional penalties as determined by ACETENNIS.

5. Unmanned Facility Acknowledgement
   I acknowledge that ACETENNIS is an unmanned, 24/7 self-service facility. In case of emergency, I must call 911 or seek appropriate medical assistance.

6. Health Condition
   I confirm that I am physically fit to participate in physical activities and have not been advised otherwise by a qualified medical professional.

7. Personal Property
   I understand that ACETENNIS is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal property brought into the facility.

8. Minors
   If signing on behalf of a minor, I confirm that I am the parent/legal guardian and accept full responsibility for the minor’s participation. Participants under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times while using the facility.

9. Governing Law
   This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
